Delivery & Returns
Delivery
- Where: Anywhere in Aotearoa New Zealand, including rural addresses.
- When: Every box is packed by hand, prayed over and sent within [1–3] working days.
- How long: Usually [1–3] working days in the North Island and [2–4] in the South Island, sent with [NZ Post / courier name].
- Cost: Added at checkout. North Island $[14.90], South Island $[19.90], rural delivery addresses $[PLACEHOLDER].
- Send date: Pick a preferred send date on the box's page, and we'll do our best to send it that day. We can't promise an arrival date.
- Tracking: You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your box is on its way.
- Gifts: Sending to a loved one? We never include prices or receipts in the box.
Changes & cancellations
Need to change an address or a message? Email [your email] as soon as possible. If your box hasn't been packed yet, we'll gladly help.
Returns
Because our boxes contain food and personalised, handwritten items, we can't accept returns for change of mind. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected.
Damaged or not right?
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we're so sorry! Email a photo to [your email] within [7] days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
